Fenton also made these vases during the classic era, but they are very rare. However, the reissues, beginning in the 1970s in amethyst, are fairly easy to find on ebay. Amethyst/purple examples generally sell in the $40 range but I've seen sales for as little as $28 and as much as $56.

Later on, Fenton made them in other colors such as green opal, milk glass, and teal (for Singleton Bailely in limited quantities). Teal examples have sold at live auctions for as much as $185. The ruffled red stretch pieces were made in 2003 in a limited edition of 300. One of these sold on eBay in 2005 for $81.
