Owl Covered Jars, Imperial and Summit
Imperial made these 6-inch covered jars in Horizon Blue (shown) and pink. They are Imperial's #800 and marked LIG. They sell for around $15 on eBay. I really don't know who made this cobalt jar with the yellow eyes. It is marked ALIG but Imperial didn't make this item in this color. It sold at a live auction in 1997 for $60. This one was made by Summit in their Patriot slag glass. It sold for $30 at a live auction in 1999. Another Summit piece, also with the ALIG mark. The color is called Geraldine's Delight. It sold for $27 at a live auction in 1999. A vaseline example sold at the same auction for $35.
