Peacock Tail and Daisy, Westmoreland

Not many of these ruffled bowls around. This one in marigold sold in 2011 for $1,000. Another, or perhaps the same one, sold in 2017 at the Karen Engel auction for $2,100.

The only other one I have in my database of auction sales was in blue milkglass and had a base chip. It sold in 2006 for $1,100.

This blue opaque bowl sold in 2022 for $700. Photo courtesy of Burns Auctions.

In 2021 a flared bowl in purple, listed simply as Peacock Tail, sold for $75.

In 2022, a blue bowl in black amethyst sold for $70 and two plates in red brought $40 each.

Note that they were reproduced for Levay as 10-inch plates in red.
