In 2017 Terry Johdahl sent me these photos of a vase he had acquired on eBay, from France of all places. He asked if I knew what it was and I did not, but said I would check around. Fortunately, Glen and Stephen Thistlewood, experts in all Carnival things European sent me information and a link to their page on this pattern. It was made by the Czechoslovakian firm Rindscopf. It's shown in their catalog from the 1920s and called "Tulpenform" or Tulip Vase. Here is a link to the page on their site: |
