Found only in compotes, Blackberry Bramble resembles a couple of other berry compotes, specifically Northwood's Blackberry or Raspberry, which are more desirable. Make sure you're not buying this one when looking for the others. Blackberry Bramble has a plain exterior and round stem while Blackberry or Raspberry has Northwood's basketweave exterior and a hexagonal stem.
