This is the first piece in this pattern of which I've heard. In green, it sold at the 2021 HOACGA auction where it brought $550. No size was given but it looks to be a fairly large three-in-one edge bowl. The name is apparently derived from the subtle feather-like textures in the rays that extend out from the center. No attribution.
