Optic, Diamond
Known in marigold, amethyst, and light blue with 14 subtle interior panels. Writing in the December 2004, Carnival Pump (International Carnival Glass Association), Larry Keig says,

"The Optic pattern seems to have been confined only to vases of a moderate size. They range in height from about 7.5 inches tall to a bit over 9 inches, depending on how much they were swung during production. A simple pattern made up of a paneled interior and a star base, they are plain on the outside. The 24-point star is pressed into the exterior of the 2.5-inch base. The configuration of their tops is characteristically Dugan/Diamond, the hexagonal flat-paneled treatment that is also seen on most Circle Scroll, Lattice and Points, and Nautilus and on many Standard vases."

The only one of these I have record of selling at auction was in marigold and brought just $10 in 2002, but I suspect that, because of the rarity, they should be worth much more.

In 2006, one of these sold on eBay for $86, mostly I think, because they cited this page in the ad.

In 2021, a vase listed as amethyst and 8 3/4 inches tall, sold for $50
