Tartan, Brockwitz

Sometimes referred to as Daisy and Cane. Made by Brockwitz, a German glass manufacturer, Tartan is distinguishsed from other cane-type patterns by its double rows of diagonal bands. The bands have a file effect. Spittoons (they were sold as flower bowls) and compotes are the most often seen shapes. To view a few other shapes, click here.
